Be met on your Walk With Mystery with reverence and devotion. Our Helping Ancestors and Spirit Allies are called in to assist your homecoming. Your Soul Retrieval is a comprehensive, customized journey that takes place over the course of three weeks during three meetings. There’s an option to continue on with follow-up Soul Medicine sessions if more support is desired.

There’s a reason why there has been Soul loss and why that Soul part has not yet returned. When we are present with one another in the moment, the underlying cause for discord or disruption has room to be met in an attuned and attentive way. We will work together to prepare the way to retrieve the Soul part and then emphasize integration for empowerment.

Soul Retrieval Process

 

Preparation

60 minute recorded Zoom meeting

During our initial meeting we’ll dive into your current concerns and answer any questions about the process. I’ll journey on your behalf to acquire any insight that could be helpful to support you on that day and design a preparation protocol for you to begin prior to the Soul Retrieval appointment.

You’ll receive the recording of the Preparation session outlining your Preparation protocol.

Soul Retrieval

60 minute Zoom meeting one week after Preparation meeting

Through visioning and Spirit Medicine we restore power, remove intrusions, retrieve Soul parts and harmonize connection within body, mind, and Soul.

The actual process on this day will take about 2.5 hours. I’ll begin the Soul Retrieval about 90 minutes before our scheduled Zoom meeting. During this time it is recommended that you create a quiet space for yourself to rest and be in receptive mode.

We’ll begin our Zoom meeting with a check-in, a retelling of the Soul Retrieval, and we'll discuss anything you noticed.

Any Earth-based practices, nervous system eduction, or CranioSacral Therapy/SomatoEmotional Release will be employed at this time to integrate the Soul part for empowerment.

You’ll receive the recording of the Soul Retrieval Zoom meeting.

Integration

60 minute Zoom meeting one week after Soul Retrieval

Your nervous system is supported in shifting back to a state of restoration and quiet. It is here where the wisdom of your ancestors rises from your bones. A dialogue is opened between competing parts within and given room to speak and receive attuned attention and harmony.

Integration sessions consist of: CranioSacral Therapy/SomatoEmotional Release, Spirit Medicine, nervous system coding, and Earth-based practices. When we are present with one another in the moment, without an agenda, the underlying cause for discord or disruption has room to be met in an attuned and attentive way. I’ll meet you there, in the moment, and we’ll decide together what is most supportive for your embodied healing.

There is no recording for the Integration session.

Understanding Soul Loss and Soul Retrieval

Soul loss can happen at many points in our life from traumatic events, relationships, and cultural conditioning resulting in a variety of symptoms and coping mechanisms. Soul Retrieval is a practice of tracking these Soul parts in non-ordinary reality to restore them back to wholeness.

 

Common symptoms of Soul loss

  • Dissociation or trouble staying present in your body

  • Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) or Complex Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (CPTSD) symptoms

Calling on an ally for this leg of the journey can be necessary to restore enough power for continuing on to the next phase of your life.

scheduling instructions

All appointments are held over Zoom.

Soul Retrieval (4-4.5 hrs: $525)

Step 1: Schedule the Preparation session. Your payment during this scheduling process is for all 3 meetings.

Step 2: Schedule your Soul Retrieval for one week after the Preparation session. I’ll begin the Soul Retrieval 90 minutes before our scheduled time, so it’s recommended that you use that time to create a safe and quiet space to rest and receive. We’ll connect over Zoom for the retelling and integration of the Soul Retrieval.

Step 3: Schedule your Integration session for a week after the Soul Retrieval.

Your Soul Retrieval sessions must be completed within 4 weeks of the Preparation session. All sessions and workshops are non-refundable.
