CranioSacral Therapy

The sensational experience within your body is inseparable from your interconnected, interdependent relationship with the web of life. We look through a lens of rewilding and reconnecting to ancestral and animist wisdom enlivening your sense of relationality and innate belonging.

EcoSomatic Counseling

This time together will be supported by the foundation of my ancestral Norse Völva lineage which has been a guiding force for embodiment, integrity, authenticity, creativity, and medicine making.

Embodied Mysticism

It is when we are in recognition and deep connection of the magnitude of our power that we expose our capacity to weave dreams into material. Through Dreamweaving we explore opportunities for deepening connection with self and craft custom practices for weaving dreams into form.

what a session looks like

You’re welcome to come with a strong intention of what you wish to work with together, and you’re also welcome to come with only a faint hint of why you booked the time for yourself.

We begin each 1-hour session with a moment to land in the body followed by a check-in to see what is most present on that day.

We proceed by deciding together how to weave an approach to best support your needs whether it’s allowing yourself to be in full receptive mode, talking or moving through a process, or a combination of receiving and active somatic practice.

There may be some guidance at the end to support integration and implementing what you’ve brought to light.

What’s important is that you make a connection to what is tangible and practical for your life. The work of this ancestral animist tradition is very much about weaving together the threads of the unseen, the web of relationality, and how to make the new awareness applicable to your life now. When you are nourished and feel safe in your body, boundaries are more about invitations for connection than division and your contributions are clearer.

As your ally, I bring nearly 30 years of experience in a career bridging the unseen into what is relatable and practical. The lineage of the Norse Völva has been the guiding force in the maturation of my body of work. The foundational principles of this lineage have ensured that the integrity of bridging the unseen and seen world is upheld.

1:1 Sessions (60 min: $135) consist of: CranioSacral Therapy, ecosomatic counseling, dreamweaving, and Norse Völva wisdom.

  • you are welcome to book more than one session between June 15-20

  • the 50% discount is for anyone, not just new clients

  • these sessions are nonrefundable

  • a booked session can be rescheduled within June 15-20 with at least 36 hours notice, but are not transferable to dates outside of June 15-20
